360 Fitness

With so many branches across Metro Manila, it’s unlikely you haven’t heard of 360 Fitness. This chain of gyms promises a full-body workout in just 30 minutes, making it a great option for those who want to make the most out of whatever free time they can spare. The workouts are dynamic and are constantly changing, so you can always expect new challenges. In their traditional circuit, you have 30 seconds to complete a set in each station before rotating to the next. In addition to this, 360 Fitness offers group classes for strengthening, such as their HIIT, Core, and Kettle Bell classes. They also have Les Mills classes (Body Jam, Body Balance, and Body Combat), and personal training sessions.

360 currently has seven branches: Ortigas (22F Strata 100), Makati (7F Dolmar Gold, Legaspi Village), Quezon City (2F Esna Building, Timog), BGC (3F Active Fun Building), Alabang (Westgate Center), Manila (3F 1191), and Commonwealth (2F Shopking Center).

There are shower rooms and lockers available, but bring your own locks. There are usually also water refilling stations.

Please get in touch with your preferred 360 Fitness branch for their rates and packages.

I remember that my very first session at 360 was when I was just getting back into my fitness routine after a few months off, and I pretty much died! These circuits can drain you, so remember to always pace yourself. There are poster guides at each station giving you options for the workset depending on your level, so take what’s appropriate for you. Personal training sessions at 360 Pro (shoutout to my super awesome coach, PA!) were a big help in allowing me to really nail the form of various exercises, and introduced me to weightlifting and its benefits as well.
