Polecats Manila is one of the most established aerial fitness schools in Metro Manila, offering classes for pole dance, aerial silks, and aerial hoop. Their sessions are typically structured to allow smoother progression from beginner moves to more advanced ones, and depending on when you enroll, you can even opt to get a bigger package and join their showcase. They offer beginner, intermediate, and mixed classes for pole -- and they even have a men’s pole fitness class for those interested to try! Polecats also offers flexibility classes to supplement your training.
The main studio is in Strata 100 Building in Ortigas. Polecats also conducts classes in partnership with 360 Fitness, offering aerial fitness classes at 360 Makati, Timog, BGC, and Alabang.
There's a dressing room and a water fountain, and they also have bathroom and showers which they share with 360 Fitness on the same floor. For pole classes, come in shorts and a sleeveless top, as you'll need your skin for better grip on the pole. For aerial silks and aerial hoop, it's recommended that you come in leggings and a long- or short-sleeved top to avoid burns.
The first timer’s package costs P1,000 for one week of unlimited classes at Polecats. The drop-in rate is P600 for pole and P800 for hoop and silks classes, while an eight-class package costs P4,000. These rates are valid for their main studio in Ortigas -- please check their website or get in touch with your preferred 360 branch for a more detailed list of rates.
