A sister company of Yoga+, Yoga+ Express offers 60-minute yoga classes at slightly lower prices. They have shorter classes for all their traditional 90-minute classes at Yoga+: Hot (fixed sequence), Hot Core, Flow, and Yin. This makes it a good option for people on the go, and for those who are new to yoga and want to give it a try.
There are currently only two Yoga+ Express branches, one in Makati in Legaspi Village (6F Jose Cojuangco & Sons Building) and one in BGC (2F Venice Canal Mall).
There are shower rooms and lockers, but bring your own locks. Yoga mats and towels are also available but you will need to pay a rental fee (you have the option though to pay a monthly rental fee for unlimited use of mats and towels). Bring your own mat and towel if you have one.
The first timer’s package costs P699 for one week of unlimited yoga classes. Yoga+ has tiered monthly membership packages which you can check on their website.

The cost of a single class tends to turn off most would-be yogis (and was like that for me at the beginning, too) so I think that having a lower cost option such as Yoga+ Express is a great way to get more people to practice. I personally started out my yoga practice at Yoga+ Express in DLSU (now closed), and it clearly got me hooked! You get the same quality of practice because they’re conducted by the same teachers as in other Yoga+ studios.
